ACM Vitix Pigmentation Vitiligo Regulating Gel 50ml

Vitix Regulating Gel has been specially formulated to regulate skin depigmentation. It also improves the results of repigmenting treatments (UVB phototherapy, heliotherapy) for people with Vitiligo.

Vitix Gel Régulateur is a non-greasy gel formulated to regulate depigmented areas of the face and body of people with Vitiligo. It has a totally innovative mechanism of action thanks to a patented plant extract rich in Catalase + SOD which helps restore the physiological balance of free radicals in the epidermis and thus protect cells from oxidative stress known to be the cause of Vitiligo.

Its formula, well tolerated by the skin and without side effects, contains microbeads, imperceptible to the touch, which enclose and protect the plant complex. During application, by the temperature and pressure of the finger, these break and release the active ingredient.

Vitix depigmentation regulating gel is applied 1 to 2 times a day to depigmented areas, as well as around them, over a period of 4 to 6 months. It can be used in addition to UVB phototherapy to improve its skin repigmentation results.

BENEFITS: 

The effectiveness of Vitix gel has been demonstrated by two clinical studies carried out by Laboratoire ACM:

- the first on 17 patients after 6 months of twice-daily use, in addition to UVB phototherapy sessions (1)

- the second on 20 patients after 4 months of daily use, in addition to a heliotherapy protocol (exposure to natural UV) (2)

In both cases, Vitix Gel doubled the number of subjects with repigmentation greater than 50% versus placebo (1)(2). These two studies demonstrate that using Vitix Gel in addition to phototherapy or heliotherapy allows for more intense repigmentation than with therapy alone.

The first study (1) also demonstrated that more than 50% of patients who responded to treatment experienced faster repigmentation when Vitix Gel Regulator was used.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

  This patented melon extract is concentrated in Catalase and SOD to improve the physiological balance of free radicals and protect cells against oxidative stress known to be the cause of Vitiligo. SOD is the most powerful primary antioxidant known, its effectiveness is enhanced by the presence of Catalase.
